CZ77 may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point. If satisfactory evidence is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend your Account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the CZ77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested by the platform. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. CZ77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform at the time of the transaction. CZ77 references familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as part of Pakistan's broader payment landscape. These providers are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, CZ77 or any gambling activity. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to operator configuration and may vary.
All deposits are made in the currency supported by the platform. Where deposits are made in PKR, conversion to the platform's operational currency (where applicable) will occur at the rate displayed at the time of the transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds are published in the platform's banking section and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operator policy. Before any withdrawal is approved, KYC verification must be completed in full. CZ77 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests.
Where PKR amounts are displayed on the platform, they are for reference purposes. The operator's applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction applies. CZ77 is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates between the time a deposit is made and the time a withdrawal is requested.
CZ77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
CZ77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, collusion between players to generate artificial wagering, and use of software to circumvent promotional conditions. Where abuse is identified, CZ77 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings and close the relevant Account without prior notice.
All bets placed on the CZ77 platform are subject to the platform's published betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type. Players are advised to review market-specific rules before placing wagers.
A bet is only considered accepted when confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is issued. CZ77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to be placed using material non-public information, erroneous odds or as part of a coordinated syndicate strategy.
In the event that odds or game results are published due to an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrect team listings, manifest pricing errors or system malfunctions — CZ77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes at the original bet amount. This applies to cricket markets including PSL and ICC T20 events, football, UFC and all other sports and casino products offered on the platform.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or cancellation without notice at any time during an event. Bets placed during a period of delay — where a significant event in the game occurs between bet placement and confirmation — may be voided at the operator's discretion. Players should ensure they have a stable internet connection before placing in-play wagers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of CZ77.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CZ77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failures or the conduct of third parties.
CZ77 provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Gambling Involves Financial Risk: Participation in gambling activities may result in the loss of money wagered. CZ77 does not guarantee any winnings. Players should only wager funds they can afford to lose.
CZ77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where closure is required for regulatory, legal or security reasons. In such cases, CZ77 may withhold funds pending investigation.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and any applicable fraud or AML checks.
Upon termination of an Account, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CZ77 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
CZ77 does not represent or warrant that the Service is appropriate for use in, or accessible from, any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from Pakistan do so of their own volition and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. CZ77 makes no representation that gambling is legal in Pakistan or that access to the platform is permitted under Pakistani law.
CZ77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform interface or by email to the address registered on the Account. Non-material changes may be made without specific individual notification.
The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at cz77.cam/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
